Meet Dr. Sally!
Sally Moores, PT, DPT, OCS
Hey, I’m Dr. Sally Moores, and I run Artemis Physical Therapy—a solo, cash-based practice where I do things a little differently. I’m a board-certified orthopedic specialist, which means I’m trained at the highest level to help with things like joint pain, tough post-op recoveries, and those nagging musculoskeletal issues that just won’t go away
But my work goes way beyond joints. I specialize in women’s health—especially postpartum concerns like incontinence, prolapse, constipation, and diastasis recti. I also work with folks recovering from breast cancer surgery to improve shoulder, rib cage, and scar mobility. And if you’re dealing with swelling or lymphatic issues, I’ve got you there, too.
My approach is layered and holistic: I start with the nervous system, then the organs, and then the orthopedic system. It helps me get to the root of what’s going on so we can fix it efficiently—and get you back to living your life.
If you’ve been stuck, frustrated, or told “everything looks fine” but you still don’t feel right, I’m here to help you figure it out.

Artemis Physical Therapy offers a fresh alternative to the limitations of traditional care. As an out-of-network, one-on-one practice, I prioritize personalized treatment that gets to the root of your issue—without the rushed, insurance-driven experience.
Conveniently located in the Vinnin Square area, the practice serves the Marblehead, Swampscott, and Salem and the surrounding North Shore communities.
Chronic Pain Doesn’t Mean Forever
Still dealing with back pain, knee pain, or nerve pain that just won’t quit? Maybe you’ve tried physical therapy, injections, or even surgery—and nothing’s really worked. When pain hangs around longer than it should, it’s usually because there’s more going on beneath the surface.
I take a multidimensional approach to persistent pain—one that looks at the nervous system, organs, and movement patterns together. If you’ve been told “everything looks fine” but you still don’t feel right, I’m here to help figure out why.
